### Voicing Vocabulary

The Voicing Vocabulary report is a two-year research project about how oracy education can support vocabulary development. Learn more about the research and teacher insights that we’ve drawn upon to identify each of the active ingredients of an oracy-centred approach to vocabulary development.

This report includes key insights including:

- Students made accelerated progress in reading
- Teachers became better oracy practitioners
- Students developed the confidence to speak up in class
- An oracy-centred approach to vocabulary development has five active ingredients
